Dr. Shyam

Dr. V.L Shyam is a renowned Ayurveda practitioner with over 28 years of experience having treated over 100,000 patients across USA, Europe, Middle East, Far East and India. He has successfully led more than 65 Ayurveda & wellness projects globally. Dr Shyam’s core expertise includes Panchakarma, chronic disease management & preventive care, earning him with several awards and accolades.

He serves as the Medical Director of Dr. Shyam’s Ayurveda Centre, Back to Roots Ayurveda in the UAE and Kerala, and his contributions to Ayurveda have been recognized with numerous awards. Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Shyam is a faculty member at Ayurveda Colleges and Universities in USA and India. He has written over 500 columns for - Gulf News – Friday Magazine, and he is a regular speaker at international conferences advocating the integration of Ayurveda into modern healthcare systems.
