She began her clinical training at Vaidyaratnam Ayurvedic Hospital, Ollur, followed by advanced experience at Sreedhareeyam Ayurvedic Eye Hospital under the mentorship of Dr. Narayanan Namboothiri. Over the years, she has been associated with several reputed Ayurvedic institutions, gaining extensive clinical exposure across a wide range of specialties.

Dr. Nayana holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and a Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH), reflecting a strong foundation in both clinical medicine and public health. Her academic contributions include research published in Elsevier-indexed journals, with notable work in clinical epidemiology and public health during the COVID-19 pandemic.
